Meet Locally When Possible

CambiLoop is built for local coordination. Prefer public, visible meetup places during reasonable hours. Avoid pressure to rush, move off platform, ship unexpectedly, use gift cards, wire money, or accept unusual payment stories.

Conversations Are Written Records

Conversations help both people write down plan details, pickup plans, payment choice, condition notes, and proof. They are personal records, not escrow, insurance, legal advice, tax advice, or a CambiLoop decision about who is right.

Payments

For now, CambiLoop does not move money. Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and similar choices happen outside CambiLoop. Confirm payment directly in the payment app or with your bank before handing over an item.

Giveaways And Donations

Free listings are neighbor-to-neighbor giveaways. Donate listings can support a person, group, shelter, school, church, local cause, or partner organization. CambiLoop proof records are not tax receipts. For tax questions, use a qualified organization and ask that organization for receipt documentation.

Services, Housing, Jobs, And Vehicles

Check documents and credentials directly when they matter: licenses, insurance, title, mileage, lease terms, pay terms, job scope, and who is responsible for tools, travel, materials, or permits.

When Something Feels Wrong

Pause the plan, keep communication calm, report the listing or member, and block if needed. CambiLoop can review reports and account behavior, but private arrangements remain the responsibility of the people involved under the Terms.

What CambiLoop May Act On

CambiLoop may remove listings or limit accounts when reports point to prohibited goods, unsafe items, scams, harassment, spam, automation, or attempts to misuse Free and Donate posts. CambiLoop safety actions protect the platform; they are not a promise to recover money, inspect an item, or decide a private disagreement.
