CambiLoop Terms

CambiLoop is a local listing and agreement-record service. By using CambiLoop, you agree to use it honestly, legally, and with care for the people you meet.

What CambiLoop Does

CambiLoop lets members post local listings, browse by topic and place, save listings, share community posts, and keep simple agreement records for pickup, trade, payment choice, giveaway, donation dropoff, shipping notes, and proof photos.

What CambiLoop Does Not Do

CambiLoop does not inspect items, verify every person, guarantee condition, guarantee payment, hold funds, release funds, provide escrow, provide tax advice, provide legal advice, or decide private disagreements.

Your Responsibilities

• Post only lawful, accurate listings that you are allowed to offer.
• Be clear about condition, price, value, timing, pickup, shipping, and payment choice before meeting.
• Use Free and Donate listings for genuine reuse or community benefit, not bulk claiming, bots, or undisclosed resale.
• Check credentials, licenses, title documents, lease terms, job details, and payment details yourself when they matter.
• Do not harass, scam, spam, scrape, impersonate others, or misuse information about another person.

Payments

Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or similar payment choices are outside CambiLoop unless CambiLoop later offers an in-app payment feature. If a payment happens outside CambiLoop, CambiLoop records only what users said they chose. CambiLoop does not guarantee outside payments or refunds.

Donations And Giveaways

CambiLoop may help members keep a giveaway or donation-dropoff record. That record is not a tax receipt. If a qualified organization accepts a donation, ask that organization for receipt or tax documentation.

Moderation

CambiLoop may remove listings, limit accounts, hide content, or review reports when content appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or outside the spirit of the service.

Items And Activity Not Allowed

Members may not post, trade, sell, request, coordinate, or promote these things through CambiLoop:

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or rights-infringing goods or services.
• Weapons, explosives, ammunition, or parts meant to make weapons.
• Drugs, controlled substances, paraphernalia, tobacco, vape, alcohol, or other age-restricted goods.
• Prescription drugs, medical devices, body parts, bodily fluids, or unsafe health claims.
• Recalled, hazardous, unsanitized, or clearly unsafe products.
• Adult sexual services, exploitation, obscene material, or content involving minors.
• Personal data, identity documents, accounts, passwords, access codes, or surveillance tools.
• Animals, wildlife, protected species, or animal parts unless CambiLoop later creates a careful local rescue policy.
• Housing, jobs, or services that discriminate, hide required terms, or ask people to break the law.
• Spam, bots, bulk claiming, scraping, scalping, fake reports, or undisclosed resale sourcing from Free or Donate posts.
